Every member of the different teams throughout the process of moving house was absolutely excellent in personal rapport, professionalism and efficiency. The initial process that was explained was honoured to the letter and nothing was too much trouble. We had a negative experience with our solicitors in our last move so were hesitant this time around. Lyons Bowe were recommended to us by our estate agents and we felt they were reasonably priced. Through the app and mostly email communication we felt supported throughout the whole process with Alex particularly keeping us up to date and always chasing the progress for us especially when there were a few issues mid point.
