Honestly the most stressful and worse experience using any type of ‘professional’ body. Lack of communication, forever chasing for answers to queries. You’ll be passed from person to person throughout the sale or purchase and nothing carries over. Everything will you be you as the customers fault. Paper work ‘missing’ after handing into office and getting a receipt. Everything is left until the very last minute. Over priced paying for a platinum service when you’re barely getting a tin can service. Avoid at all costs.

We've had a bad experience with a company that specialised in will writing. We wanted nothing more to do with them and we were left out of pocket. Started well but it's been terrible since being passed to the completion team. They have not returned my many calls despite voicemails left and are slow to answer urgent emails. There have also been several errors in paperwork we were sent. When pointed out they failed to check the error hasn't been replicated on documents sent to us or the copies sent to other parties.
