The onboarding from the New Instructions team was quick, friendly and efficient. The app has not been quite as useful as I'd hoped, and I'm really not sure about the split into 3 different stages for each case, as we're buying and selling that's 6 different people as main contacts... but this review is only for part 1 as that is 'complete' and that part was pretty good.
