Best experience ever!
I cannot recommend Lyons Bowe highly enough. The whole process, from initial contact right through to completion, was clear, thorough, easy and smooth. We were handed from team to team as our sale progressed, always with a clear introduction from our key contact person. Emails were picked up promptly, and replies were always clear and helpful. We were selling from abroad and slightly concerned about how that would affect the sale, but we were in very safe hands with Lyons Bowe. Thank you!

Very good service overall and quick!

Amazing
Everyone at Lyons Bowe has been so helpful especially Tietia in the end process where it can get stressful she was in contact, reassuring and it was a smooth and easy process.
Would deffo recommend and use again for future house purchase!

Purchase of property
I couldn’t be more pleased and amazed twice ! The first purchase unfortunately fell through, due to my buyer, loosing his sale. The second has just been completed and we have moved in !
It did take rather an extended time, due to my buyers, purchasers Solicitors ! To say it was above
and beyond a problem would be an understatement ! (I won’t go into detail !) It would turn into a book ! - I can’t praise the whole of the Lyons Bowe Team enough ! They were all amazing from
start to finish, and ready for completion, three months before the saga completed !
Rachel Harper, for all her help and advice with the searches ! very knowledgable and approachable. So prompt and efficient ! Most impressed both times !! And at the long winded saga of Exchange and Completion, Tietia Shotton, who, never once lost her patience with the onslaught of problems that we had to deal with, or hear about ! or advise about, for two and a half months, even though she was ready for exchange and completion ! She was, above & beyond, patient and prompt to respond with advice and help, right up to the very end ! which at times we, I think, both doubted !
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommended them to everyone ! Thank you so much, you were all outstanding ! Stars !!

If only the buyers Solicitor was as good
Every step was laid out nicely and if I ever had a query/wanted to confirm the status of everything, I always got a timely response.
