We cannot thank you enough for making the whole experience as clear and as smooth as possible. From someone who has never been in the middle of the chain before, Lauren was clear and thorough throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions (including the ones that were probably daft) and was always at the end of a phone to clarify anything I wasn’t 100% on. She was so efficient with communication and even better with all enquiries, asking questions I would never of even thought of, as well as asking other solicitors for more information on answers received.

Fantastic support during house purchase

Clarity from Complexity: just what every first time buyer needs
I am a first time buyer - So like many others, I asked the advice from friends and family. The consistent compliant and repeated warning was in regard to solicitors. The phrase 'make sure you have a good one' was echoed, again and again. This made me rather nervous when thinking about who to choose and its potential impact on my purchase. However, after 8 weeks with Lyon Bowe, and under the support and guidance of Lauren Cray, I found that all my fear and apprehension was completely baseless. Lauren, and the wider organisation were patient to my numerous questions and concerns. The application and information management was first class, and made the process transparent. Lauren was always available, and very helpfully in guiding me through the process. If you are reading this, and are in the same position as I was 8-10 weeks ago, then I would heartily recommend you put your trust (and money) into Lyons Bowe - You will not be disappointed.

A credit to the profession
We’d heard enough people lament their experiences with conveyancing solicitors to be worried: uncommunicative, expensive, slow. Lyons Bowe were none of those things. We were kept well-informed throughout the process; the fee was competitive; the staff efficient. We felt Lauren was truly ‘on our side’, and conducted her work with absolute professionalism and skill. Should we need a solicitor in the future, we shall look no further than Lyons Bowe.

Highly recommend
