Efficient, timely service
Lyons Bowe represented me in a property purchase. Their onboarding is very streamlined through an online process. Emails are answered promptly and I felt well informed throughout. Claire and Alex who looked after me were knowledgeable and helpful. I didn’t give 5 stars because 5 stars requires over and and above. I did experience a couple of minor hitches over stamp duty, which were resolved very quickly. Overall I’m pleased and would recommend the firm to others.

House Purchase

Great Experience - Would Highly Recommend
Lyons Bowe dealt with our sale and purchase and we found them to be very responsive, efficient and helpful throughout. The online portal was great and in particular would like to thank Alex Smith in the completions team, he supported on several occasions in contacting members of the team and generally providing reassurance/following things up to move forwards. I would recommend Lyons Bowe
The solicitors I worked with throughout most of the transaction were thorough, understanding and reasonable for the most part. Sian and Alex were great. Unfortunately on the day of completion my main contact was away and I was handed over to someone new who was unreachable for at least 3 hours at the most crucial moment which was very agonising. But I feel overall the majority of the work throughout the transaction which took 11 months due to complications with my buyer, was done diligently and communication was good but could have been made a little clearer by using laymen’s terms or explaining what complicated legal jargon means. Instead I would call up to ask to be talked through the information and my solicitor was always happy to talk me through it.

Conveyancing
Every member of the different teams throughout the process of moving house was absolutely excellent in personal rapport, professionalism and efficiency. The initial process that was explained was honoured to the letter and nothing was too much trouble. We were particularly impressed by how accessible via emails and direct line telephone all team members were.

An excellent experience from start to finish
We had a negative experience with our solicitors in our last move so were hesitant this time around. Lyons Bowe were recommended to us by our estate agents and we felt they were reasonably priced. Through the app and mostly email communication we felt supported throughout the whole process with Alex particularly keeping us up to date and always chasing the progress for us especially when there were a few issues mid point. He was brilliant! The service was professional, friendly and felt really easy. We would definitely use Lyons Bowe again in the future. Thank you!

Diligent and patient
Really easy to contact solicitors with consistent communication. Worked hard for our conveyancing and took a lot of worried phone calls from us(!) Would recommend.

4 Queens road, Shelton Mallet
Today we have completed the sale of 4 Queens Road. Alex Smith has been looking after us, he has talked us through every step, he has been very helpful, patient, supportive and he clearly has a wealth of knowledge.
