Best experience ever!
I cannot recommend Lyons Bowe highly enough. The whole process, from initial contact right through to completion, was clear, thorough, easy and smooth. We were handed from team to team as our sale progressed, always with a clear introduction from our key contact person. Emails were picked up promptly, and replies were always clear and helpful. We were selling from abroad and slightly concerned about how that would affect the sale, but we were in very safe hands with Lyons Bowe. Thank you!

Something good something not so good
Every thing was going great until it came to Trustees signing a bunch of documents. The accompanying letter was brief and to the point but it didn't explain what was required in sufficient detail. This caused confusion and delays. I felt the need to contact a senior manager.

Conveyancing - selling and purchasing
I am at the early stages of the process. I appreciate the up-to-date communication and like to see the house move on the app for selling my house. A lorry moves on my purchase. All very good as shows the progression.

Amazing experience!
We’ve had a phenomenal experience with Lyons Bowe throughout our first house purchase. Maisie initially assisted us in the new instructions team, and she was incredibly efficient, always on the ball and ready to answer any questions we had. Laura Walker, our main point of contact, was absolutely amazing – we always knew exactly where we stood and how the transaction was progressing. Having Laura at the end of the line truly made us feel at ease. We honestly cannot thank Laura enough.
Now working with Beth in the Exchange and Completions team, we've continued to receive excellent support. Beth has been fantastic, keeping us informed and helping us through the final stages.
Overall, our experience with Lyons Bowe has been brilliant. Their communication has been top-notch, something they should be very proud of. We also loved the app updates, which kept everything seamless.

Excellent service
All the information and timeframe is there to read and that really helps to reassure clients' that the conveyance is progressing - rather than just wondering, so I cannot think of anything that could enhance it further. So far so good!
