We instructed as we felt that local knowledge was invaluable, however, we were allocated a Solicitor nowhere near the local office. The initial call from Lyons Bowe was professional and gave me the reassurance that gradually slipped away. My name was spelt incorrectly too from the outset and this continued for some time.

Best firm of solicitors I've used. My team spotted something just before exchange of contract, ( Subsidence in place we we buying, nobody had told us about inc estate agent!!) We pulled out and they ticked abortive fee box so only ended up losing £60. I will forever be grateful to Lyons Bowe for saving me a lot of heartache and cost. We have since moved and of course I used them again. They are brilliant

Very professional with constant updating as the conveyancing process went on. Josie was particularly helpful when it looked like we would not complete on the day (owing to late funds from the bottom of the chain) and she and her team went tge extra mile to ensure that it did happen. Thank you!

Very frustrated with the service we received- you are not allocated 1 solicitor but instead passed across 3 different teams and get someone different replying to you every time. They have been very slow to respond to emails- even on the week of exchange which has made the whole process of buying our first property quite stressful.
