Excellent service overall, Claire was so approachable and quick with response. She did keep me informed of every step that was taken in a very quick and professional manner. It was pleasure dealing with her.

Amazing service

Conveyancing - selling and purchasing
I am at the early stages of the process. I appreciate the up-to-date communication and like to see the house move on the app for selling my house. A lorry moves on my purchase. All very good as shows the progression.

Efficient, timely service
Lyons Bowe represented me in a property purchase. Their onboarding is very streamlined through an online process. Emails are answered promptly and I felt well informed throughout. Claire and Alex who looked after me were knowledgeable and helpful. I didn’t give 5 stars because 5 stars requires over and and above. I did experience a couple of minor hitches over stamp duty, which were resolved very quickly. Overall I’m pleased and would recommend the firm to others.

Great experience, responsive, transparent and helpful - recommended
The people we worked with here were really excellent. They were available when we needed them and we felt like we were in good hands throughout the process of remortgaging one property and purchasing another.
They called out things that should be brought to our attention and everything worked very smoothly!
If there is a next time, we will certainly use the team again and I would recommend them!
(at the moment, I can't even imagine moving another time :D )

Fantastic experience!
Extremely efficient and responsive. Highly recommended! The whole process could not have gone smoother, and that was largely thanks to everyone at Lyons Bowe (and the seller's solicitors). Went from offer to completion in just over 2 months, which is absolutely incredible. I'd heard horror stories from other first time buyers saying that their solicitors were causing delays but it was the complete opposite with Lyons Bowe. Everyone I came into contact with were approachable, efficient, responsive, and friendly. I was honestly blown away!
