Very professional with constant updating as the conveyancing process went on. Josie was particularly helpful when it looked like we would not complete on the day (owing to late funds from the bottom of the chain) and she and her team went tge extra mile to ensure that it did happen. Thank you!

Flat sale Captains house
Lyons Bowe are very clear in their process and their welcome, on-boarding and on-goin information is very clear via the app, website & their emails. They are friendly and lovely to deal with. I did find that I had to prompt them to be proactive on a few occasions, especially toward the very end of the process. I wouldn't call them Tenacious and of course as a seller I would want as much tenacity as possible. Otherwise, they were a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend to others and use them again.

Good but not when annual leave cover is needed
Overall an ok service. My solicitor went on annual leave and no cover was sourced and nothing progressed/ no communication made. I had to very proactive to source updates or push things along. This has happened twice now since using this firm. Josie was very helpful for exchange and completion though.

A Fantastic Experience
Josie was incredible! Our sale was complicated as it involved two chains but she kept us informed at every point. She gave really clear advice and nothing was too much trouble. She was constantly in touch with other solicitors to ensure things were running smoothly. I could not rate my experience with Lyons Bowe highly enough. Thank you!

buying and selling
Lyons Bowe have provided a good value for money remote service. Compared to other more costly solicitor firms, the sale and purchase have currently proceeded smoothly to exchange . However some small issues to be aware of include the service works best if you are confident using their digital services; if you prefer to take advantage of their postal services all will be slower. There are no opportunities to meet your solicitors face to face although they respond pretty quickly to e mail. Also the system of repeatedly being handed on from one team to another may serve the firm well, but it does create confusion for the client; especially if one is dealing with a sale and a purchase. From start to finish I have dealt with over 15 different personnel and at a time of increased stress and anxiety, the Sales Progressor attached to the estate agency has been the most helpful hand holder offering calm consistency in the chain. I have had to check a couple of times about lack of clarity in some communication. Beware completions around August. There has necessarily been some delay in the process due to holidays. I am due to complete shortly and would recommend the firm with the above fair warnings.

Excellent service from start to finish.
I can't thank Rosie and her colleagues for all the help they have give us during the sale and purchases of our house. From day one they couldn't do enough for you and kept us fully uptodate throughout the whole process. They made the entire selling and house purchase process so we easy.. 100% recommend

Very Satisfied
The Frome office were very helpful and accommodating.
The Bristol office and solicitors were very hard to contact and did not always return calls.
Josie at the Shepton office was especially good at answering her phone calling back and trying to sort out our problems.
