Fantastic experience with Lyons Bowe who effectively processed our house purchase. Being first time buyers we had lots of questions and queries but always received a quick response from our Lyons Bowe representatives who helped put us at ease. The app was also a really useful tool, so we could clearly understand where we were in the overall process. We have heard of other instances from friends where they have had to continually chase their solicitors to hear back from them but fortunately we never had to do that once! Special shout out to Charlene Jones and Jada Panico who were especially helpful.

Patient,kind and efficient
Charlene was very helpful and efficient. We do not find doing things online very easy, but she helped us along and was patient when we made mistakes. Very approachable and kept us well informed.

Efficient and helpful
Sometimes information wasn’t passed through from one team to another and the change in selling price didn’t get updated but otherwise the process was clear and efficient and responses to queries were dealt with quickly.
Having recently dealt with another sale for a deceased relative using a different online system, I would like to have been able to review documents that had already been uploaded. If that was possible, I didn’t manage to work out how to do it. It seemed as if once you had completed a section, there was no going back. It would also have helped to know at the beginning that each team would only deal with one part of the process and then the client would be passed on to another lawyer. However, I might have missed that in all the information sent but the pathway could have been clearer.
All that having been said, I was confident that the conveyancing was in good hands and I was sent information that I should have had when I purchased the property!
I would certainly recommend Lyons Bowe to others for conveyancing and your prices are competitive.
