Great service - no complaints. Loved the technology used.

Although we had used Lyons Bowe before, we were led through the introduction process very efficiently. We have now been allocated a fee-earner who will complete the purchase and sale process. All good so far.

Friendly, effecient, knowledgeable, would have no hesitation in recommending.

We needed to write our will and discovered this company by online reviews. I have to say we found them to be very helpful and professional at all times. We were most impressed with the knowledge and suggested solutions to areas of our wills which needed a bit of work. We were kept up to date with progress and they were happy to answer any issues we had via email or phone. We would recommend them for their honest approach and communication.

Exchange and completion held up by inexperience of conveyancer who had to run much of the work through her supervisor. Contracts were not sent for signature until day I was due to complete (on third attempt following other hold-ups) resulting in me having to do a six-hour drive to sign the document - on other recent property sales, with different solicitors, contracts were sent out in advance for signature. On the positive side my conveyancer always tried to be polite although she was difficult to understand at times and the exchange and completion team were very efficient. I chose these solicitors because I thought they were local and in the same street as the purchaser’s solicitor in the hope they would have a good working relationship but my case was allocated to a conveyancer from out of area and there were breakdowns in communication. A formal complaint to a more senior staff member was not responded to.
So when I sell my next property in a few months time I will not be using Lyons Bowe.

Can fault this company, everything has gone really smoothly.

From word go I found the communication from Lyon’s Bowe excellent. They made everything very easy and straightforward . Rhiannon was very helpful and made me feel at ease while m’aime decisions and answered any questions that I had .
