Had a slight hiccup with the TA10 form ( was not really ready to compete) also as on the app the form number was not mentioned and we hoped that we could fill it in manually as first mentioned ( in the office)but we had to complete it online.
The app is friendly to use although there are not many places to add additional content.
We had only emails from Jasmin as that’s what was requested and they where all easy to understand once we sorted out the TA10 form (mainly concentrated on the app).

Very happy customer
Communication with Lyons Bowe has been very straightforward, alot of contact, quick replies with answers to any necessary questions.
