Felt unsupported, vague contact after initial consultation
I felt I paid a phenomenal amount for very little support and guidance. I did not feel my interests were best represented or that I was being looked out for and guided and even had to rewrite some documentation due to wording that would upset the respondent and promote disagreements and spelling errors. I am still not confident the final outcome was best and wish I had represented myself

Great service , very professional, what's so different is that they keep you upto date with exactly what's going on at every step of the way , unlike other solicitors I have used in the past , where I have had to keep chasing them. The initial process and onboarding is so organised and efficient. Sadly it falls down once you are allocated a solicitor. You can never get through to anyone, messages never get relayed. No one calls back and no one takes accountability. Unfortunately this process has been very painful and some of the people we have dealt with have been very rude. It was only us and the seller so things really shouldn’t have been so difficult.
Olivia has been very efficient at finally getting this over the line so I’d like to thank her for that. I wish everyone else had been like her.
