Honestly I've never wanted to review solicitors before, they've been ok and have done their job at varying timescales. But Lyons Bowe are genuinely amazing. From the start, my partner and I have commented every single time when something happened how quick they are, and they're a delight to communicate with too! And their app is brilliant and has made things so much easier. We will use in the future and will not stop recommending.

We instructed as we felt that local knowledge was invaluable, however, we were allocated a Solicitor nowhere near the local office. The initial call from Lyons Bowe was professional and gave me the reassurance that gradually slipped away. My name was spelt incorrectly too from the outset and this continued for some time.

The initial process and onboarding is so organised and efficient. Sadly it falls down once you are allocated a solicitor. You can never get through to anyone, messages never get relayed. No one calls back and no one takes accountability. Unfortunately this process has been very painful and some of the people we have dealt with have been very rude. It was only us and the seller so things really shouldn’t have been so difficult.
Olivia has been very efficient at finally getting this over the line so I’d like to thank her for that. I wish everyone else had been like her.
