She is professional, caring, thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and wise. She is straight-forward, direct, and not only knows the legal aspects, but also understood where I was coming from and what I wanted and was able to hold the balance with me. I am impressed, pleased, and grateful. This was a significant life experience for me, it mattered a lot, and I was very aware the whole way through how much I appreciated having Hannah on my team.

Matter regarding Family Law
I was very pleased how Lyons Bowe Solicitors dealt with my matter. Although, I am assuming, it might not have been a big issue and relative straight forward from a solicitor's point of view. They gave advice and suggested what I am entitled to. However I wanted to go down a slightly different path. They never pushed me into any decisions I wasn't happy with, but they backed themselves up by asking me to sign that "I wanted to go down a slightly different path" which I was happy with.
They kept me informed along the way and were upfront with any potential costs.
I did like their approach to pay a monthly fee over the course of the case rather than having one big invoice when closing the file. I did get monthly statements and it was no issue at all receiving my overpayment within days of the final invoice.

Best Solicitors I've encountered by far.
The first time in my admittedly limited experience with solicitors that I never had to chase anything up. They did what they said they would and said what they did. There was never a time that I felt that they were trying to pin any delays on anyone else. Lots of communication and updates all the way through a house sale, purchase and divorce. Definitely would use them again.

Friendly service and timely response to
Friendly service and timely response to enquiries but there is a lack of clarity around billing and high charges that I consider hard to justify.
