Found the experience totally unpleasant:
Officious
Rude
Arrogant
Slow to respond (and, when did, requested information which had already been sent)
Said didn't receive email with bank statements (when exactly same email sent, it was "received")
When requested a form to complete, wrong attachment was sent - no apology or reason received until prompted
Totally focussed on "box-ticking" without understanding, or trying to understand, relevant information
Apparently you have to tick star rating - unfortunately will only let me tick one star - I wouldn't tick any
