So far it’s been a very negative experience with Lyons Bowe. From initial issues recognising our deposit, to false information about the status of our checks (multiple times), timelines have not been stuck to at all. All other parties (mortgage, survey, sellers solicitors, estate agents, us as the buyers) have progressed quickly and everything continues to be held up by Lyons Bowe - being passed between hands and lack of accountability has also been very frustrating

As a first time buyer I would’ve liked more support through this process. I also would’ve expected for the fairly large chunk of money that the members of your team dealing with my account would actually be able to be reached. As a first homebuyer, it also would’ve been nice for things to be explained in English And documents to be written so it was clear and simple to understand, even the breakdown of the fees to yourselves were convoluted and confusing. We used you as a recommendation from our estate agents and I do regret going with yourselves I furthermore will be passing on my feelings to the estate agent and suggesting them not to suggest yourselves to 1st homebuyers.

We've had the best experience with Lyons Bowe! Excellent customer service from our first contact and throughout. The app is so good...email and calls updating us through every step but loved being able to view our purchase journey in the Lyons Bowe app. Elle Box in particular have provided an amazing experience...can't thank her enough. Highly recommend Lyons Bowe if you're looking for the best conveyancer.

I took the decision to use the free will writing service from the Alzheimer's Society, and decided to use Lyons Bowe as they have an office near to me. Everything from the initial contact with them to arranging a face to face appointment was straightforward, and they were happy to answer any questions that I had.
When I visited their office to draft my will all the staff were friendly and welcoming and it was all achieved without any fuss or anxiety. I would highly recommend them.

Very frustrated with the service we received- you are not allocated 1 solicitor but instead passed across 3 different teams and get someone different replying to you every time. They have been very slow to respond to emails- even on the week of exchange which has made the whole process of buying our first property quite stressful.
