Based on how slow responses were, the change in solicitor through the case and not being told so, I would not recommend. Solicitor was never available, always out of office. When I knew myself that the case was completed (divorce), I had to email multiple people within the company to actually find out what was going on from the other party / if assets had been successfully transferred and I was off the mortgage. Some emails were misread by the solicitor, therefore I received replies with wrong information that I've essentially had to pay for. Not impressed to say the least especially as it was through such a turbulent time in my life.

Had a slight hiccup with the TA10 form ( was not really ready to compete) also as on the app the form number was not mentioned and we hoped that we could fill it in manually as first mentioned ( in the office)but we had to complete it online.
The app is friendly to use although there are not many places to add additional content.
We had only emails from Jasmin as that’s what was requested and they where all easy to understand once we sorted out the TA10 form (mainly concentrated on the app).

Lyons Bowe were recommended to us by the Estate Agent. We wanted an upbeat, on the ball experience and that is what we got with them chasing me for information (in a very nice and professional way). They were nurturing the progress all the way and we just provided the answers. So, to date, all I have is praise for them, especially Prerana Das, a Legal Assistant who has been our principal contact and guide throughout the whole experience.

The new instructions team have been great, it’s 3 weeks since my offer on a flat was accepted and I feel like the purchase process has been started and moved along quickly. We've had the best experience with Lyons Bowe! Excellent customer service from our first contact and throughout. The app is so good...email and calls updating us through every step but loved being able to view our purchase journey in the Lyons Bowe app. Elle Box in particular have provided an amazing experience...can't thank her enough. Very frustrated with the service we received- you are not allocated 1 solicitor but instead passed across 3 different teams and get someone different replying to you every time. They have been very slow to respond to emails- even on the week of exchange which has made the whole process of buying our first property quite stressful.
