We’ve had an exceptional team at every step of selling the house. I would recommend to anyone friends and strangers. They’ve been professional, quick in response, proactive, always kept us informed. Had an amazing experience with them even though we have already relocated to Spain. Extremely responsive to emails and calls and even though at every stage we got passed onto a new team, that wasn’t a problem. Had a dedicated person for each stage of the house sale. And even when we said that we cannot deliver signed documents (being in Spain and the office in Shepton )they found a way with docusign so nothing was lost in the post. I’m so glad we went with them. Shame the buyer didn’t have an equally reactive team, otherwise we would have completed a month ago. I hope they carry on the good work! Thank you!

We've had the best experience with Lyons Bowe! Excellent customer service from our first contact and throughout. The app is so good...email and calls updating us through every step but loved being able to view our purchase journey in the Lyons Bowe app. Elle Box in particular have provided an amazing experience...can't thank her enough. Highly recommend Lyons Bowe if you're looking for the best conveyancer.

Lyons Bowe solicitors were great, I couldn’t say one bad thing about them or the entire experience. We have tried working with other solicitors and they had all used complex language, taken ages to reply, and had generally bad service. However Lyons Bowe were quick to respond to everything we sent them. From start to finish over the Christmas period they had us completed and exchanged in just over a month! All the contact with has been quick and effortless, with Simone conducting our conveyance and Jada our exchange.
I’m also usually very sceptical with apps and was reluctant to use this to begin with, however it definitely streamlined the entire process and the app actually worked really well and definitely enhanced the whole experience.
I would definitely recommend Lyons to anyone looking to move out, especially any first time buyers!

Very frustrated with the service we received- you are not allocated 1 solicitor but instead passed across 3 different teams and get someone different replying to you every time. They have been very slow to respond to emails- even on the week of exchange which has made the whole process of buying our first property quite stressful.
