Would definitely recommend
Sian and Zoe have made the whole process very smooth. They regularly updated us, we did not have to chase once. They were professional and personable at the same time. I would definitely recommend Lyons Bowe, they have been great.

Lyons Bowe were very helpful
Lyons Bowe were very helpful. They always answered phones, and if not, responded to emails.
I was going through a separation and needed somewhere to find a flat to buy, quickly, and they did everything they could to help me.

Great solicitors
Used Lyons Bowe (Shepton Mallet) recently in buying our first home. Dealt with Chloe, Sian & Zoe who were all very helpful and professional. Communication was great, there were a couple of times I needed to chase things but I feel like you get that with all solicitors in a process of buying a house!
As first time buyers we don’t have any comparison, however from the initial phone call of enquiry I was very impressed with the information I received, all of my questions answered and how quick and efficient the starting process was. As then with all of the process which was generally smooth and a great experience. Always very helpful on the phone and by email and really liked the app so you can see the progress of stages, which makes it so much easier rather than chasing on the phone of where things are at. Also the app is great if you’re a first time buyer like we were and had no knowledge of the steps of what happens in each stage of buying a house! Very happy with the service and would highly recommend Lyons Bowe.

Great experience
I had a great experience using Lyons Bowe. Having had bad experiences with solicitors in the past, I was unsure who to use when selling my property. I looked online and found that Lyons Bowe had positive reviews and I can now say that they lived up to their reputation. There are two major reasons for my 5* review:
1) I had a personal point of contact throughout my transaction. I was not given a generic phone number or inbox; I could actually pick up the phone and speak to a human which is a rare feature in today's society.
2) Lyons Bowe were willing to agree a small discount on my legal fee. Although it wasn't a huge saving, it is much appreciated rather than the flat 'no' that you get from some companies.
Nadia Uddin was my initial contact, followed by Sian Sheppard who handled the majority of the legal work, and then finally Zoe Spencer who oversaw the completion of the transaction. All three were great and easily contactable.

House sale
Absolutely fantastic service so far, after a horrible experience with another solicitors, Nadia at Lyons Bowe has been brilliant, very helpful and has answered all of our queries. My sister and I have had negative experiences so far in selling our mums house. Fingers crossed this time with helpful advice at the end of the phone, we can put our sale in good hands.
