Bombarded with endless emails.
We instructed as we felt that local knowledge was invaluable, however, we were allocated a Solicitor nowhere near the local office. The initial call from Lyons Bowe was professional and gave me the reassurance that gradually slipped away. My name was spelt incorrectly too from the outset and this continued for some time.

Diligent and patient
Really easy to contact solicitors with consistent communication. Worked hard for our conveyancing and took a lot of worried phone calls from us(!) Would recommend.

Fantastic experience!
Extremely efficient and responsive. Highly recommended! The whole process could not have gone smoother, and that was largely thanks to everyone at Lyons Bowe (and the seller's solicitors). Went from offer to completion in just over 2 months, which is absolutely incredible. I'd heard horror stories from other first time buyers saying that their solicitors were causing delays but it was the complete opposite with Lyons Bowe. Everyone I came into contact with were approachable, efficient, responsive, and friendly. I was honestly blown away!
