One star is too many!
Horrendous! The worst communication I’ve ever experienced, you get moved from one person to another dependant on the stage of the sale so no continuity, and if you run into problems with others in the chain this firm do absolutely nothing to support you or help move things along, questions are consistently ignored, when discussing poor communication with the CEO he was the most patronising man I’ve ever spoken to in my life, he told me that he encourages his staff not to reply to emails because they have better things to do than spend time placating clients, and he reprimanded me for referring to myself as a paying customer because ‘we are providing you with a legal service not a product’ absolutely would never ever touch this firm again, they don’t deserve the money they’ve had from us.

Lease Work
Good and thorough advice, however on occasions difficult to contact and slight delays due to busy schedule.

Multiple conveyances
Most of my work is with deadlines and timeframes that always puts most conveyancers under pressure. Lyons Bowe have always managed to liaise with all parties and successfully pull it all together.

Too many review emails
My dealings we Ok just form filling but I'm very frustrated by the emails to get me to review the service. I do not ever give reviews and one email asking for a review is Ok but 3 and a bribe of a free coffee is over the top. I will not be using you again.

Absolutely dire service
There is a total lack of communication and care with Lyons Bowe. No communication on our sale which is so near but so far to completion with a so called 'Team' who do not communicate at all. Our buyers mortgage is about to expire and we will lose yet another sale due to incompetence on the Lyons Bowe side. Both our sales agent and ourselves have been trying to communicate with the 'Team' and our direct contact to no avail. Each contact we have had has left the team so we are left with starting afresh again with each so called 'solicitor'. Communication is key to any sale or purchase and you do not receive any form of communication. We DO NOT recommend this firm.

Documents certified
Just needed some photocopies of ID certified which they had no trouble helping with despite it's simplicity. Solicitor local to us said it was not worth their while so we were impressed that Lyons Bowe could see it was a small job but crucial to us.
As a result we would definitely consider using them when we next require legal advice on other matters.

Amazing service
Very impressed with the service we received from all staff and their website is clear and easy to use.
They have sites all around the south west and each site we spoke with we received the same high level of service. Their fees are more than reasonable and you can tell it's about the person rather than just a job.
I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional and friendly solicitors and plan on using them for another matter in the near future myself.

Excellent and Reliable Conveyance from the whole team at Lyons Bowe
As a first time buyer Lyons Bowe offered me a very comprehensive service with full updates at each stage of the process. I also found the online progress tracker really helpful.
All of the team were extremely approachable, knowledgeable, patient, and personable; all in all making for a very pleasant and smooth transaction.
