Once I had booked my appointment I received information to help me prepare for my meeting. This information was fantastic, it was clear and simple to read. Any legal words were explained. This information made my appointment a really good experience, the conversation flowed easily and I felt comfortable discussing my needs and able to ask questions at any point. Fantastic from start to finish. I have already recommended them to close friends and my sister because of the quality service they provided. Beth, Lucinda and Rhea from the Shepton Mallet team were especially good; professional, quick to respond, very good ant explaining things, supportive to the issues we had with our purchase, and very quick to action things when our purchase required it. Both our estate agent and our buyers’ estate agent noted how quick they were to respond too, and how useful their app was. They were competitive on price compared to local solicitors that we considered, and had outstanding customer service compared to the experience a lot of my colleagues have had with online only solicitors.

Very frustrated with the service we received- you are not allocated 1 solicitor but instead passed across 3 different teams and get someone different replying to you every time. They have been very slow to respond to emails- even on the week of exchange which has made the whole process of buying our first property quite stressful.
