I used Lyons Bowe for conveyancing which was completed by Molly Donohoe who was absolutely outstanding. We were working with a tight deadline of 8 weeks and Molly did everything she could to make it happen, and completed in 7 weeks!! Molly’s communication was speedy, effective and all interaction was meaningful. On top of this, Molly is lovely, she is so kind and respectful. I would definitely use Molly again and recommend her to anyone needing conveyancing.

Excellent, very responsive and great communication
We had a really positive experience with Lyons Bowe Solicitors. The process was incredibly smooth and we had great communication from all of their team at every stage. They were very supportive and went above and beyond when trying to resolve issues with our buyers solicitors. Very impressive, quick and I would highly recommend.

Great communication and service
I used Lyons Bowe for a house sale and purchase. The process turned out very stressful (through no fault of Lyons Bowe), but the team were responsive and communicated very well. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent professional service
Our mortgage broker Kelly, at Mortgage Style, recommended Lyons Bowe and I'm so pleased we followed her advice, they have been wonderful!
Right from the beginning the team were friendly and professional and as a company in general, just seem to be very up-to-date, they use an app as one of the ways to keep you updated which I think shows they are making an effort to be more relevant in this day in age, which is good and breaks down a few of those barriers to professional services that we all come up against now and then.
Alongside the app though we still received emails and phone calls from whoever was dealing with that part of the process as well. I don’t think a week went by where we didn’t receive communication from someone, even if it was just to say that they had no new updates, they kept in contact which was appreciated. I was always able to speak to someone when I called too. From Ada in the very beginning, to Molly who dealt with all the legal bits between us and the seller, to Zoe in the final stage who dealt with the exchange and completion of contracts. Everyone was so lovely. So many people have a negative experience when it comes to solicitors and moving house, but Lyons Bowe, seem to be the exception to the rule! I would 100% recommend them to anyone and would use again in the future. Thank you :)

not what we hoped for
Initial experience was good with weekly updates on progress. When that sale fell through communication went downhill. The portal was never updated, the emphasis seemed to change to the customer seeking information, phone calls were not followed up, out of office messages were left up several days after expiry. E mails were only part answered.
If you are happy to have a variety of individuals dealing with your business and being passed on each time things are 'progressed' , never meeting any staff involved, reception staff not being involved in any business, so needing to explain each time, this is the firm for you

5 Star Experience 🌟
Cannot thank all the Team at Lyons Bowe enough for all their hard work on our 2 property purchases and 1 sell!! Nothing was too much trouble for Molly Donohoe, Claire Ford and Ella Watcher- they all were professional, friendly and helpful, keeping us up to date at such a stressful time. We also worked with Rhiannon Cape who organised our Wills, once again a fabulous service. Will definitely use Lyons Bowe again for any legal natter and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
