Poor & inaccurate communication, slow progress
So far it’s been a very negative experience with Lyons Bowe. From initial issues recognising our deposit, to false information about the status of our checks (multiple times), timelines have not been stuck to at all. All other parties (mortgage, survey, sellers solicitors, estate agents, us as the buyers) have progressed quickly and everything continues to be held up by Lyons Bowe - being passed between hands and lack of accountability has also been very frustrating

Sale and Purchase of Properties
Buying and selling property is very stressful but Lyons Bowe have been helpful, extremely friendly, supportive and guiding me along every step of the way to sell my property and the reason I have also instructed them to deal with the purchase of another property.
I highly recommend them to deal with the sale or purchase of your properties - they are the best!

Really approachable and helpful service
At the start of our moving process, Eleanor was thorough and explained each step to us clearly. There were times we were struggling with the pace of the move, but we understand that this was due to our buyers solicitors and not a reflection on the hard work we experienced with Lyons Bowe.
Guy was really helpful and reassuring through a tricky/fast paced moving process. Guy and Jess were both easily accessible when I had questions.

Fast and amazing work with great detail
Fantastic and fast, each team member have been a pleasure to work with, give clear instructions and advice which is very needed for a first time buyer. A few days would go passed and nothing happens but Lyon Bowe would still update me letting me know what's going on and that they are still working and pushing forwards with my case. Never leaving me not knowing what's going on.

Professional service and excellent result

We are very happy with the service
We are very happy with the service we received from Lyons Bowe. All correspondence and phone calls were dealt with promptly and efficiently and we were continuously kept up to date with the different stages of the legal process. We did miss not having a face to face meeting as a matter of course, but accept that things in the business world are done differently now!
