Our experience with Loyns Bowe was the easiest house sale we have experienced. The communication is first class. we were informed throughout and could see our sale progress on the website whenever we wanted. The team have been excellent, efficient and freindly.

Recent experience with Lyons Bowe
I have no complaints with Shriyanthi or Lyons Bowe but would have plenty for the buyers solicitors.
Sorry I can't be more enthusiastic at this point but I have had two sales fall through and now 6 months into third and trying to arrange completion date but buyer needs to sort mortgage out.
The buying/selling of a property process needs a bit of streamlining everything fine with Lyons Bowe and Shriyanthi.

Good but not when annual leave cover is needed
Overall an ok service. My solicitor went on annual leave and no cover was sourced and nothing progressed/ no communication made. I had to very proactive to source updates or push things along. This has happened twice now since using this firm. Josie was very helpful for exchange and completion though.

Amazing service from Shriyanthi
Shriyanthi was incredible throughout the whole process. She kept us regularly updated, was always faster than the estimated timeframes we were given, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much for her and we are incredibly grateful. Will absolutely be using Lyons Bowe again in the future as Shriyanthi was the first positive experience we've had with a Conveyancer (we've had four!).
