Downside:
Lack of information presentation skills - Need to work on improving the ways of giving/sharing/educating information to buyers. Often buyers left to read bunch of documents on their own. An initial summary would have given best reading experience.

Great service and advice
We contacted Ison Harrison for some advice after contacting a number of other solicitors with no joy. It was a Sunday night, we received a call on Monday morning at 9.00am-as they said they would. We then had an appointment with Preeya who was amazing. Gave us loads of fact based advice and pointed us in the direction to deal with our issue. We would thoroughly recommend Ison Harrison for your legal needs and they will be our first point of contact going forwards.

Our buyers used this firm as a conveyancer and they were appaling. They were the source of numerous delays with all the other solicitors in the chain repeatedly stating that Ison Harrison were being either incompetent or deliberately obstructive. If in a chain and you see someone has appointed this firm I recommend you get them to change early to save a lot of pain later on.

As you can see the firm has enjoyed substantial growth over the past decade. We have always taken the view that standing still as a business is not an option for us. We have seen many law firms either go out of business or reduce in size over the years and we were determined not to struggle in the same way. We have therefore constantly looked to improve. We have looked for opportunities to grow our profile, the number of our offices, and the breadth of services that we offer. We have looked for ways to improve our internal processes, employee engagement and how we deal and communicate with clients.
