Ambreen made me feel safe to ask questions - I have a specific learning condition, so a lot of the legal processes were really tricky for me to understand and Ambreen made sure I never felt embarrassed for not understanding and sat with me, on the phone and walked me through how to do things step by step. Throughout the whole process, I was impressed with the way both Yunus and Ambreen took the time to really understand me as a person and get to know me so that I felt comfortable to ask them questions and tell them when I was feeling overwhelmed. Both were extremely knowledgeable and I felt that I could really trust that I was working with people who cared and wanted the best for me. If I ever have an employment issue again in the future, I will go straight to Ison Harrison and ask for the two of them. I can’t thank them enough for the way they have supported me and my partner.
