Over the past 45 years the firm has grown from a one man band to what is now a large regional law firm employing over 230 staff across 17 offices throughout Yorkshire. not that great

hardly any communication throughout the process ended up dealing with people from my mortgage myself as they couldn’t even get in contact with them. would expect a lot more when i am paying over £1000 for a service. if anything solicitors where a hinderance to my process as some paperwork wasn’t filed until a month after i sent it and was confirmed that it had been received. really expect much more for the amount they charge

I am truly disappointed with the service provided by Daniel Kenworthy. What was promised to be a smooth and efficient conveyancing process turned into an absolute nightmare due to their constant delays and lack of communication.

From the onset, it was evident that timeliness was not their priority. Critical paperwork was either incomplete or submitted late, stalling the entire transaction. Despite numerous follow-ups, the responses were either vague or entirely non-existent, adding to the frustration and uncertainty throughout the process.

Their lack of professionalism and disregard for deadlines not only caused unnecessary stress but also jeopardized the entire deal. As clients who relied on their expertise and efficiency, we felt any semblance of professionalism faded quickly once the initial contracts were signed.

If you value your time and wish for a seamless conveyancing process, I cannot recommend enough to look elsewhere. This experience has shown me the importance of choosing a solicitor who is not only competent but also respects the client’s time and commitments. Daniel Kenworthy has unfortunately fallen drastically short of any of these expectations.

As you can see the firm has enjoyed substantial growth over the past decade. We have always taken the view that standing still as a business is not an option for us. We have seen many law firms either go out of business or reduce in size over the years and we were determined not to struggle in the same way. We have therefore constantly looked to improve. We have looked for opportunities to grow our profile, the number of our offices, and the breadth of services that we offer. We have looked for ways to improve our internal processes, employee engagement and how we deal and communicate with clients. All partners and managers recognise the importance of communication and set the tone within the firm employing honest, open and prompt communication with clients and colleagues alike.
