Excellent service from Louise and Zoe. Very helpful, polite and friendly. The sale of the house went through very smoothly with no complications and we were always informed of the progress and anything we needed to know. Most of the communication was through email but they were always available for us to call into the office and speak to them if we needed to. We appreciate the work they did for us and would definitely use them again.

I feel now a good working relationship has been built for future legal consultation if required.

Mia Cecchini was excellent, we had not quite appreciated the complexities of selling our small business and we felt supported and well advised throughout the process. Very efficient with all paperwork and drove the process to completion without over complication, still doing her best to protect us where possible but get the deal over the line. Reena expertly guided us through every step of obtaining a spouse visa. Even before we retained her as our solicitor, she spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone, clearly explaining the process. She was meticulous in compiling all the necessary documentation and ensuring that every form was filled out correctly. Thanks to Reena, my wife received her visa quickly. Claire and Somia handled our case and were extremely efficient, helpful, and at hand, with great communication, especially with us being first time buyers. Whilst some of the growth has been facilitated through acquiring other smaller firms, most has been organic as a consequence of clients recommending us or returning for additional services. As you can see the firm has enjoyed substantial growth over the past decade. We have always taken the view that standing still as a business is not an option for us. We have seen many law firms either go out of business or reduce in size over the years and we were determined not to struggle in the same way. We have therefore constantly looked to improve. We have looked for opportunities to grow our profile, the number of our offices, and the breadth of services that we offer. We have looked for ways to improve our internal processes, employee engagement and how we deal and communicate with clients. All partners and managers recognise the importance of communication and set the tone within the firm employing honest, open and prompt communication with clients and colleagues alike.
