Excellent service from Louise and Zoe. Very helpful, polite and friendly. The sale of the house went through very smoothly with no complications and we were always informed of the progress and anything we needed to know. Most of the communication was through email but they were always available for us to call into the office and speak to them if we needed to. We appreciate the work they did for us and would definitely use them again.

I feel now a good working relationship has been built for future legal consultation if required.

Ison Harrison were recommended to me for the Conveyancing when selling mum's house. Their approach was crisp and refreshing, which is what I needed to complete this sad and emotional task. They were 100% professional providing the correct level of information and details of actions required. Charges were on par with than another company, but the clarity of the initial conversation guided me to them. I would definitely recommend this company, especially Matthew.

Things got off to a slow start with this firm . However there was a change of personnel - namely James and Louise - at which point, the conveyance got sorted super quickly .
Both members of staff were efficient and professional - first class . However a special mention has to go to Louise - she managed the expectations of the chain, liased with ever increasing queries from estate agents and kept a human side when dealing with me . She patiently explained the process and her speed of email response was impressive . I felt like I was her only client . A truly brilliant service .

I recently had the pleasure of working with my solicitor, Simon Halliwell, and I can't recommend him highly enough! From the very beginning, he showed incredible dedication and professionalism in helping me with my injury claim after a car incident. He was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance, making a challenging process much easier to navigate.
What really stood out to me was his commitment, especially when the case became tough. He never wavered in his support and fought hard for my case. He was also incredibly supportive in reminding me of appointments, which helped me stay organised and focused during the whole process. As you can see the firm has enjoyed substantial growth over the past decade. We have always taken the view that standing still as a business is not an option for us. We have seen many law firms either go out of business or reduce in size over the years and we were determined not to struggle in the same way. We have therefore constantly looked to improve. We have looked for opportunities to grow our profile, the number of our offices, and the breadth of services that we offer. We have looked for ways to improve our internal processes, employee engagement and how we deal and communicate with clients.
