Ison Harrison were recommended to me for the Conveyancing when selling mum's house. Their approach was crisp and refreshing, which is what I needed to complete this sad and emotional task. They were 100% professional providing the correct level of information and details of actions required. Charges were on par with than another company, but the clarity of the initial conversation guided me to them. I would definitely recommend this company, especially Matthew.

Oliver Hepworth and Sonia were very professional and efficient. I was always kept informed throughout the progress of the sale. They made selling a house simple! Their rates are good, service is great- I would highly recommend using Ison Harrison!

Things got off to a slow start with this firm . However there was a change of personnel - namely James and Louise - at which point, the conveyance got sorted super quickly .
Both members of staff were efficient and professional - first class . However a special mention has to go to Louise - she managed the expectations of the chain, liased with ever increasing queries from estate agents and kept a human side when dealing with me . She patiently explained the process and her speed of email response was impressive . I felt like I was her only client . A truly brilliant service .

Since Melanie left they aren't any good.they stated dealing with my sister's will in July 2024 she died in march last year .and am still waiting for it to be sorted out all she has was a bank account and insurance policy

I recently had the pleasure of working with my solicitor, Simon Halliwell, and I can't recommend him highly enough! From the very beginning, he showed incredible dedication and professionalism in helping me with my injury claim after a car incident. He was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance, making a challenging process much easier to navigate.
What really stood out to me was his commitment, especially when the case became tough. He never wavered in his support and fought hard for my case. He was also incredibly supportive in reminding me of appointments, which helped me stay organised and focused during the whole process. Whilst some of the growth has been facilitated through acquiring other smaller firms, most has been organic as a consequence of clients recommending us or returning for additional services. As you can see the firm has enjoyed substantial growth over the past decade. We have always taken the view that standing still as a business is not an option for us. We have seen many law firms either go out of business or reduce in size over the years and we were determined not to struggle in the same way. We have therefore constantly looked to improve. We have looked for opportunities to grow our profile, the number of our offices, and the breadth of services that we offer. We have looked for ways to improve our internal processes, employee engagement and how we deal and communicate with clients. All partners and managers recognise the importance of communication and set the tone within the firm employing honest, open and prompt communication with clients and colleagues alike.
