Support for business sale - novation of contracts
Daniel Allison supported us closely throughout the complicated sale of a CIC to an overseas company. Particularly challenging was the process for novating NHS contracts over to the buyer through a 'change of control' process. Daniel was tenacious in seeing this through on our behalf and was quick to respond whenever a query was raised by our board.

Purchasing of a Business
This was the first time that I had been involved in buying a business, and I've been advised the first always seems to be the more challenging. For us that seemed to be the case, with a particularly difficult broker on their side
As difficult and as challenging as it was, we felt we were in very good safe hands. We were guided well, hand holding where needed and some really sound advice along the way

Fabulous
For us as an SME the guidance was/is VERY much needed. The big for us change to an EOT was fraught with a LOT of paper work and many things that I just do not understand. The EOT is done as I wish to step back and keep the company to protect the staff and to leave a legacy.
Well done and thankyou to everybody I had dealings with directly and to those in the background. We are very pleased as a close knit team. Thank you

Business Sale Paragon.
Wow, what excellent service I received from Daniel.
Finding a purchaser for my business was the easy part, however it was only then that the stress really ramped up. The sheer volume of paperwork and the legalese it contained was a daunting task. Luckly Danial was at hand and explained the legal terms and their implications in plain English which I could understand.
