This was the first time that I had been involved in buying a business, and I've been advised the first always seems to be the more challenging. For us that seemed to be the case, with a particularly difficult broker on their side
As difficult and as challenging as it was, we felt we were in very good safe hands. We were guided well, hand holding where needed and some really sound advice along the way
Would have no hesitation in using Victoria and Daniel again

Fabulous
For us as an SME the guidance was/is VERY much needed. The big for us change to an EOT was fraught with a LOT of paper work and many things that I just do not understand. The EOT is done as I wish to step back and keep the company to protect the staff and to leave a legacy.
Well done and thankyou to everybody I had dealings with directly and to those in the background. We are very pleased as a close knit team. Thank you

Business Sale Paragon.
Wow, what excellent service I received from Daniel.
Finding a purchaser for my business was the easy part, however it was only then that the stress really ramped up. The sheer volume of paperwork and the legalese it contained was a daunting task. Luckly Danial was at hand and explained the legal terms and their implications in plain English which I could understand.
I can’t thank Daniel enough; he goes the extra mile and his professional help is outstanding.

Fabulous to work with
Daniel has been incredibly helpful and supportive through the recent deal (Ref: 20639) which he assisted in completing. He was very conscientious and efficient in handling the VDR data flows. Kept all parties updated and informed of all the requirements along the legal process, adapting and accommodating as we went along. Daniel always provided documents in a timely manner and was always on hand by email or telephone to answer questions or help in organising people and documentation. Excellent service.
Ben Palmer steered us through a very frustrating 30 months. He gave us good clear advice and helped us every step of the way, passing us over to Daniel Allison to complete the corporate element of our matter.

Excellent advice and great communication for our EOT
From the initial enquiry call - direct to the mobile of partner Richard Coulthard - to the finalisation of the deal, we found Ison Harrison to be highly knowledgable, trustworthy and conscientious. Their guidance throughout what is a fairly complex process was invaluable and very reassuring. Additionally, they introduced us to an expert accountant with whom they obviously had a great rapport.
Fees were substantial as expected for a deal of this nature but were as quoted at the start - no hidden extras.
In summary, I'd highly recommend Ison Harrison for legal advice.
