I can't recommend Claire from the Bingley branch highly enough. The conveyancing service was excellent from start to finish. When I had an opportunity to speak to the other buyers and sellers in my chain, they complained about their solicitors and how unresponsive they were which really made me appreciate the fantastic service I was receiving. Like many house purchases which are rarely stress free, mine had its fair share of ups and downs. The service and support I received from Claire throughout made the whole process as easy and stress free as these things can be.

Conveyancing of our mum’s house sale
Ison Harrison Bingley have just completed the conveyancing on our mum’s home. Throughout the process Somia and Claire were very kind and professional. Somia kept us informed at every stage and was very quick to respond to our emails. She was very prompt in resolving any questions we had. I would thoroughly recommend. Thank you for making such an emotional time for my sister and I so uncomplicated and simple.

Claire Loftus is Excellent!-
Claire Loftus recently dealt with the sale of my house. I joined the chain last. Claire had caught up and completed all my paperwork and I was the first person to be ready to exchange. She is a consummate professional and works at the speed of light. She knows her stuff thoroughly. She is now dealing with a purchase for me and again, I am waiting for the vendor’s solicitors as Claire deals with enquiries and returns them the same day. I know that my case with her will not be sitting at the bottom of a pile on her desk. I cannot rate Claire Loftus highly enough. If you want a speedy sale/purchase, look no further than Claire Loftus and her fees were less than other solicitors I looked at.

Great service from Claire at Ison Harrison
We used Ison Harrison for the conveyancing on our purchase and sale. Claire Loftus was our conveyancer and she was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and she often went the extra mile to ensure we completed on time to a tight deadline. Her comms were great and we really appreciate all she did. Would definitely recommend using Claire for any conveyancing work.

Completing a Transfer of Equity
From start to finish Claire Loftus in the Bingley Branch has been first class. Initially things started off purely on an advice basis but through Claire’s knowledge & commitment to providing a good service, it wasn’t long before we chose to use Ison Harrison for our needs.
