Charlotte and the team dealt with both our house sale and new home purchase. Communication was mainly by email which was clear. The portal to complete at the beginning was very time consuming and would benefit from a guide as there were sections that required researching prior to completing and it would be beneficial to know all the documents and information required so that you had it on hand at the start.

Wonderful People to do Business With
After leaving the Armed Forces and in need of a house to move into, I found the perfect home in East Yorkshire.
