Afzal helped me through a very hard time with my case, always cool calm and collected, he installed hope and trust in humanity which had been severely lacking in the past few years. His hard work took the pressure from my shoulders and allowed me to become myself once again. Professional and understanding he made the best of what information I could provide and reassured me that the outcome was going to be a happy one . Sometimes we need another perspective to see the way out of the maze of life !

Having used Ison Harrison eight years ago when buying my own home, I had no hesitation in approaching them to handle probate for my late mother's estate and sale of her bungalow.
Jordan Grimley was absolutely amazing handling the complicated probate process, and Michelle Brawn and Liz Bell worked exceptionally swiftly on the conveyancing. Communication was flawless and I would highly recommend them.

We returned to Jordan at Castleford branch for the second time to deal with family probate. As before, we have been very impressed by his professionalism, efficiency and helpfulness.
Because we were so impressed with Ison Harrison Castleford last time, we also had Michelle there deal with the conveyancing of a property. She too was just as diligent as Jordan in all matters.
Both Jordan and Michelle always answered queries quickly and efficiently and we wouldn't hesitate in using them again or recommending them to anyone.

Whilst some of the growth has been facilitated through acquiring other smaller firms, most has been organic as a consequence of clients recommending us or returning for additional services. As you can see the firm has enjoyed substantial growth over the past decade. We have always taken the view that standing still as a business is not an option for us. We have seen many law firms either go out of business or reduce in size over the years and we were determined not to struggle in the same way. We have therefore constantly looked to improve. We have looked for opportunities to grow our profile, the number of our offices, and the breadth of services that we offer. We have looked for ways to improve our internal processes, employee engagement and how we deal and communicate with clients. All partners and managers recognise the importance of communication and set the tone within the firm employing honest, open and prompt communication with clients and colleagues alike.
