I really can't speak highly enough of Ison Harrison and their team, they acted on our behalf for our recent house purchase and a separate land transaction. Okay - Just does the job
Positive:
Immediate response, Friendly & approachable.
Downside:
Lack of information presentation skills - Need to work on improving the ways of giving/sharing/educating information to buyers. Often buyers left to read bunch of documents on their own. An initial summary would have given best reading experience.

Excellent service
I used Ison Harrison to purchase an off-plan property. I do not live in the area, but decided to contact solicitors in the area for quotes. From the beginning, their reply was prompt. The whole process has taken much longer than expected, due to construction delays during COVID, but throughout, Ison Harrison staff have been very professional, polite and prompt, either by email or phone. I would definitely recommend.
