Clinical Negligence Claim - Great support and outcome

I cannot thank Toni enough for their hard work and assistance with my clinical negligence claim. Toni was very easy to talk to and very sensitive and understanding with the nature of my claim. From day one they explained the process very clearly and made me aware that these types of claims can take time. I received regular communication and updates which were very clear and helpful. The outcome was better than I had expected which is certainly down to their help and knowledgeable advice, thank you.

no win no fee negligence claim

I was kept informed at each step of the way, during my claim, receiving good advice both verbaly and by documentation. It seemed a long process, however the final outcome was better than I had expected, I am sure due to my Solicitor, Toni Bedward.

Excellent and Accessible

Despite challenges out of our control, Beth and Ellie never failed to be on hand to help. Constantly keeping me updated and coming up with solutions to problems we faced. Historically I have always chosen a conveyancer on price alone, however after dealing with Beth my eyes have been opened to how much extra hassle and stress that had caused me. As my transaction and chain proved difficult, I genuinely believe it would have collapsed if I wasn’t dealing with someone as contactable and transparent as Beth. Moving forward I wouldn’t consider using anyone else, and would unreservedly recommend Beth to anyone transacting in property.

Very professional solicitor

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Alys Terebenec as our consultant conveyancer during the purchase of our home, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! From the very beginning, Alys was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process.

Our home purchase had its challenges, but Alys guided us every step of the way with expertise and patience. She always took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we understood all the details, and she was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

If you’re looking for a conveyancer who is truly exceptional at what they do, look no further than Alys Terebenec. We can’t thank her enough for helping.

Thanks to Alwayne Brown and Zacharias De-Beer I had a very smooth experience when purchasing a flat. I appreciated the diligence in getting on with everything with no mess or nonsense. You just ran with it and made it very easy for me, as a first time buyer, whilst at the same time ensuring I had direct access to you should I have needed it. I would certainly recommend Taylor Rose to anyone I know who is looking for a conveyancer.
