Humzah Sherwani was knowledgeable and efficient and provided prompt replies right through the whole process. Louise very kindly helped me with the basics of my query to help me understand whether it was worth making a claim without charging me a fee. I really appreciated the time she took to help me with some basic questions that most other firms wouldn’t help with without charging an extortionate fee. I’ll definitely be going to Louise when we want to take things further.

Anne Murphy and Taylor Rose have been fantastic throughout my recent property sale and purchase experiences. I would thoroughly recommend them. I was really appreciative of the work Alys did on my house sale. There was some complexity as a result of input from the buyers but Alys kept a level head and worked through things step by step to get the sale completed with as little stress as possible. Thank you Alys

I was referred to Taylor Rose MW by Halifax for a remortgage, under the impression that conveyancing would be free. What followed was a stressful and poorly managed experience.
Despite doing the research myself (including identifying the HR4 form needed to resolve a home rights issue), I was charged an undisclosed fee just days before completion. I had no prior warning and no real choice but to pay it to avoid delays.
This is my second complaint about their service. Communication was poor, timelines slipped, and I felt completely unsupported. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated case.
I’ve submitted a formal complaint to the Legal Ombudsman and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

TR did not complete a document for us properly which resulted in financial losses in the £10,000s. Their response to our complaint was that they could not comment on the legal standing of the document. Engage with this firm at your peril!

Annie was very good at communicating, unlike other solicitors. We always felt at ease, as she was always answering our questions no matter how many time we contacted her.
