Excellent

We recently used Jade for our house move and I would highly recommend her. She guided us through every step of the process which was daunting for us as we had no clue. Jade dealt with all our queries quickly ( and we had alot of queries) professionally but also in a friendly and professional manner.

Excellent conveyancing service

Teaghan was our solicitor for the purchase of our house and was amazing. We let Teaghan know from the outset that beating the stamp duty deadline was key for us, and she was willing to help us make that happen - we had our offer accepted and within 5 weeks we had the keys, saving us thousands. Every time we spoke she was able to give us an update with meaningful progress that she had made which made us feel really confident with the process. As first time buyers we didn’t know much about the process which made it stressful but Teaghan made the whole process a lot easier and meant we understood what was happening every few days.

Very efficient at taking your money but do not expect any work.

This law firm is very efficient at collecting its client monies but don’t expect any responses or progress on your case once they have banked their cheques. The “case manager” - who is purportedly the responsible lawyer in a case - seems to be a bogus title as nobody manages cases here. Instead, work seems to be entirely delegated to absent and irresponsible trainees (in my case somebody called Isa Choudhry) who do not respond to client emails, answer phone calls or call back requests. Expect to wait at least 10 working days for a response to an email. There is also no clear escalation process for complaints, which leads to a farcical situation in which I find myself Googling the names of senior partners and copying them into emails to try to prompt a response.

I wholeheartedly regret hiring this firm and would not recommend them to anybody.

Excellent & Efficient!

Mr. Gurusevak Singh, our solicitor came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Instead all our expectations were exceeded! To start off, we did not get any false expectations but got realistic timelines.

As a first time buyer, we entered the process expecting 8 or more weeks and it all seemed very daunting. But we got excellent service, all questions answered and a great solicitor who completed in half the time. Mr. Singh scrutinised every single detail and his tenacity meant that work was done in record time. He was willing to answer and move documents after hours and on weekends which really helped as we were travelling internationally during the whole process.

Extremely grateful to you Mr. Singh and Taylor Rose. Your dashboard and processes were very simple and straightforward.

I will continue to recommend TR and look forward to working with you again on future properties.

Taylor Rose worked quickly and efficiently to complete my conveyancing process. Nothing was too much trouble and Paul Green and his conveyancing assistants were all very professional.
I particularly liked that I was regularly updated with regard to the process and I found Paul's empathetic approach very reassuring during what was a very stressful time.

First Class Solicitors, 100% recommend!!!

I used Paul and his team at the Bognor Regis office for conveyancing for the second time recently and would recommend them 100% to anyone buying, or selling a house. The speed in which they respond to communications and issues is like lightening, don't think I waited more than hours for a response to an email and could always contact someone by phone if I needed to ask questions. Initially I was worried that the office was a fair distance from me which could lead to issues, but was not an issue at all and would recommend using them whatever part of the country you are in.

The solicitors our sellers were using were an absolute nightmare, but Paul and the team kept them on track and made sure we completed on time and ahead of the stamp duty rises savings us, and our first time buyers thousands in tax. The quote we received was accurate to what we were charged, great value and worth every penny.

Its not often these days that your confidence is restored in organisations charging for a service, but Taylor Rose broke the mould and would use them again in a heart beat.

Thanks Paul and Team.
