Brilliant Service

Kara Bennesch provided us with an excellent service throughout the process of selling our home. She was always prompt in her responses to us, and when dealing with our house buyers solicitor who was unfortunately not of the same calibre as Kara.
Throughout the process Kara kept us up to date and well informed, and at all times protected our interests proactively, despite the unprofessional behaviour of our buyers solicitor.
Kara was extremely professional and we had complete confidence in her, therefore we would highly recommend her.

Thank you!!

Heeral and Alisha were excellent and vital to the success of our property purchase. They always responded in a timely manor and were excellent at explaining everything to us as first time buyers. They were very professional throughout, and successfully fought our corner when the sellers solicitors were being difficult. They kept the whole process fairly stress-free. Thank you so much!!

First Class Solicitors, 100% recommend!!!

I used Paul and his team at the Bognor Regis office for conveyancing for the second time recently and would recommend them 100% to anyone buying, or selling a house. The speed in which they respond to communications and issues is like lightening, don't think I waited more than hours for a response to an email and could always contact someone by phone if I needed to ask questions. Initially I was worried that the office was a fair distance from me which could lead to issues, but was not an issue at all and would recommend using them whatever part of the country you are in.

The solicitors our sellers were using were an absolute nightmare, but Paul and the team kept them on track and made sure we completed on time and ahead of the stamp duty rises savings us, and our first time buyers thousands in tax. The quote we received was accurate to what we were charged, great value and worth every penny.

Its not often these days that your confidence is restored in organisations charging for a service, but Taylor Rose broke the mould and would use them again in a heart beat.

Thanks Paul and Team.

I sincerely hope that this review helps you decide that choosing Taylor Rose to act on your behalf is the right choice if you want a solicitor that is proactive, provides advice and is empathetic. This is my second occasion of using Taylor Rose, the first was the purchase of my mums retirement apartment four years ago to relocate my partially sighted 80 year old mother to be close to me. I didn’t know then that she had early Alzheimer’s and over the next few years her health changed drastically. Fast forward to Dec 23 and mum was hospitalised and never returned to her lovely flat that I had personally renovated for her, instead she went to a care home. In today’s care for the elderly in Brighton this means finding £1400 per week to pay for care and quickly selling assets to fund. Practically this is fine, emotionally it’s very traumatic, especially when mums flat had once meant so much to her and I. Paul Green totally took my emotional state in to consideration, every step of the sale. In fact when my dreadful estate agents were trying to force me to move out of the property quickly and were interrupting my holiday with emails, it was Paul that stepped in. Paul was picking up the phone to me and doing the leg work and negotiations to keep the sale from not falling through and managing the estate agent. He did his best to allow me some rest and relaxation from all the emotions of this sale and my mums admission to care and we got the sale through on some reasonable terms.Whilst like most services nowadays, you self serve by using a portal to submit documents and updates, which is straightforward and easy by the way. The differentiator is that Paul Green supports you with the right level of personal phone contact to keep the sale on track, discuss queries raised and agree resolves. Trust me when I say he is on your side, his advice is balanced and in my experience you feel confident in the decisions you need to make and when to hold your ground or when to concede. Overall in my years of buying and selling around 10 properties Paul Green’s service stands out as the best experience I’ve had. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and as I said at the start of this review I sincerely hope that you now choose Paul Green to act for you, it will become one of your best decisions!
