Jade was first introduced to Residential Conveyancing in 2002 when she began an apprenticeship in a local Solicitors. Jade knew from the off that she wanted to build a career in Conveyancing and began learning, developing her knowledge and skills in the subject and began working her way up gradually from Office Junior, Legal Secretary to Assistant Fee Earner to finally becoming a Senior Conveyancer. Jade was recruited in her last role to rebuild the Conveyancing department which she has done successfully. Jade now has a large network of clients and estate agents who highly recommend Jade to their sellers and buyers. Jade is passionate and proud of her work and will always keep the clients best interests at heart. Jade will give you her time to listen to any queries or problems you have and will always try to guide, assist and explain anything to you in the best way that she can. Fantastic experience - took away the stress of buying and selling!
We recently sold and purchased our home and Jade came highly recommended. Jade's experience and professionalism was evident throughout the whole process and she kept us well informed with any updates as soon as she had them. I dreaded the buying and selling process but Jade went above and beyond to explain every step. She took away the stress and worry of buying and selling our house and we can't recommend her enough!

Dedicated and professional
Jade helped me sell my house. I am an estate agent and landlord, so have dealt with hundreds of solicitors and can honestly say that Jade was fantastic. She always got back to me when I needed an update, even when she was mourning at a funeral. I couldn’t have expected somebody to be so committed to their job and am very grateful for her hard work. House sale and purchase
Jade was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Even came to the house after working hours for forms to be signed as my daughter couldn’t take time off. Would definitely recommend.

Hi , my co executor and I recently asked Jade Williams to do the conveyance work on my late fathers house. Throughout she was on the ball and responsive to any and all questions/queries. Even when there were snags on the buyers side she helped over and above what you really expect these days. Outstanding service
I have purchased several houses in the last few years but I haven’t ever had such a first class service as I got with Jade. She was brilliant, she went above and beyond anything to make sure our move date was on time ( 8 weeks with a chain !!) she kept us informed and worked into the evening to make sure we completed.
I have already recommended her great service to three neighbours who are moving, they have already instructed her! I will continue to do so and look forward to working with Jade again.

WIll never go anywhere else
Jade is a breath of fresh air for an conveyancing. Communication is 2nd to none and I wouldnt use anyone else moving forward.
