Brilliant Conveyancing Service
Beth was fantastic and she made the process of selling our house pain free and simple, she communicated well and responded to emails quickly and efficiently. I would recommend her to anyone and would definitely use her again in the future.

Excellent and Accessible
Despite challenges out of our control, Beth and Ellie never failed to be on hand to help. Constantly keeping me updated and coming up with solutions to problems we faced. Historically I have always chosen a conveyancer on price alone, however after dealing with Beth my eyes have been opened to how much extra hassle and stress that had caused me. As my transaction and chain proved difficult, I genuinely believe it would have collapsed if I wasn’t dealing with someone as contactable and transparent as Beth. Moving forward I wouldn’t consider using anyone else, and would unreservedly recommend Beth to anyone transacting in property.

Outstanding service
Amazing solicitors. I have used their service for my house purchase and cannot recommend them more. Very efficient, very quick, which is rare to find these days. Communication was great from the first day. They were very quick to get back to me and usually I was getting updates on my mortgage process weekly and all my emails were handled either same or the following day. Also, they seem to be very professional and friendly as well. I would most definitely recommend this law firm and would use Sweeney Miller again for sure.

Selling and Buying new property
