I found Grace Crawley to be the most professional,polite and competent individual I have ever dealt with.
I am a director of a construction company and have dealt with many solicitors over the years following construction of numerous properties built by our company and sold on.
From day one since I was first introduced to Grace as my solicitor,I have found her to be polite, courteous hard working and a credit to herself,her profession and the company she works for namely Rowberry Morris Solicitors.
She is so diligent in the work that she does and has a wealth of knowledge about conveyancing processes as well as other legal knowledge.
She is always quick and prompt to answer my emails or telephone calls which I find to be invaluable in the work that I do as I often need an answer to an enquiry or question answered promptly which she always seems to manage,in conjunction with all the other day to day tasks she has to complete for other clients.
Grace has always ensured that if an enquiry is not answered by other solicitors to her satisfaction,she will always put her client first and ensure the information she has asked for,is provided as requested.

Absolutely amazing
We cannot thank Grace enough for everything she did for us. From start to finish she’s been amazing. Could not have wished for anyone better to help us sell our home. Amazing Service Start to Finish!
Grace Crawley has been exceptional helping us with the purchase of our first home. Grace is very knowledgeable and informs you every step of the way. She was also very quick in replying to enquiries and start to finish completed on our purchase in just a short two months thanks to her efficiency with everything! Absolutely fantastic!
I had a complicated move across the country which was quite awkward and full of unknowns and changing situations.
We sold our property during the busiest possible time during the COVID stamp duty exemption. Despite pressure from all around, Grace Crawley from Rowberry Morris was exceptional! She was always available to answer numerous questions, exteremely knowledgable and friendly and incredibly proactive in all matters. There were a handful of occasions where I chased something up which was already handled weeks ago from our side. If all solicitors were as good as her and this firm, then the whole industry would run like clockwork.
We rapidly had to adapt to circumstances and split our chain which was no problem at all. Grace made the whole process clear and concise and explained all costs (which were really reasonable!).
Throughout the whole process, we never had to meet in person, which was really helpful as we were travelling a lot.
A number of months after selling our property, we were ready to purchase at the opposite end of the country. The seller was extremely awkward but Grace managed to deal with the countless back and forths and absorbed any stress from ourselves.
Grace had some well deserved holiday during the end of our dealings and McBriggs Antwi-Boasiako took over the case. We found him to be also extremely professional and proactive and he regularly reassured us that everything was under control and on schedule.
Moving house is stressful, the pandemic is stressful, moving across the country is stressful but I am so grateful for having Grace & McBriggs deal with our case. It made the whole experience as smooth as possible and significantly reduced any anxiety.
Whenever I've contacted Rowberry Morris, I've been met with just pure competence - it's so clear how intelligent and hardworking both Grace and McBriggs are.
