Outstanding Service

Throughout my journey with Taylor Rose, I was always so impressed by there superb standard of service and contact every step of the way.
Ian Latimer and his team showed empathy and compassion working on my disabled brother's case, also my gratitude to Allen Meyers for all his work. I could not have asked to find a better company of solicitors, and just like to add, on behalf of Tommy and myself, we shall always be thankful to them.

Selling and Buying

I was recommended Taylor Rose via my estate agent and I'm so grateful I took their advice. Teaghan Jenkins was amazing throughout the process of selling and purchasing my house. She kept me up to date throughout the whole process and was happy to answer any questions I had via the portal, phone call or email. Teaghan is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, and very professional and passionate about her job, nothing was too much trouble and she would go above and beyond. I would thoroughly recommend Taylor Rose and Teaghan.

Superb Service

Alys went above and beyond to get our house purchase through with zero stress at all. Having dealt with other solicitors for house purchases before, I can honestly say that Taylor Rose are a cut above the rest. Alys in particular was amazing, nothing was ever too much bother and we were constantly kept up to date using their online portal. Any queries were dealt with swiftly and I felt like Alys was constantly on the ball, pushing for completion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alys to friends and family, she was truly outstanding.

Excellent solicitor!

Sarah came recommended to us and I now understand why - she is an absolutely outstanding conveyancing solicitor! She managed to seamlessly tie in a simultaneous sale of our family home and purchase of two new properties getting all three across the line even with last minute complications. All throughout she was proactive and responsive, keeping everything moving and very effectively managing agents and solicitors on all three sides. Another reviewer has commented that they felt like they were Sarah’s only client and this felt the same in our case! She was there for us at every turn and was extremely committed to making sure the transactions completed successfully. Thank you Sarah for making an ambitious plan happen, allowing us to start our next chapter on a very positive note. We highly recommend her!

Too Slow/No Communication & Not Proactive !!

Recently had to use Taylor Rose services for re - mortgage purposes (not my choice, panel sols for my new lender) and I have not had a pleasant interaction with TR during the transaction. Overall service was not competitive at all. The communication from PoC at Taylor Rose has been appalling ever. The agent has not been proactive or responsive. I had to chase them on several occasions for an update on the case. They decided to take a very reactive move even after receiving the offer letter and redemption statements from the lender which costed additional charges and penalties. From a customer perspective, this was extremely uncomfortable and made me very anxious. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Taylor Rose services.

PLEASE DONT INSTRUCT!

I had a very disappointing experience with Taylor Rose Solicitors. The process took an unacceptably long time, and they seemed overly concerned with my business's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, despite my valid tax-paying business status. This unnecessary scrutiny ultimately led to us losing our chance to purchase a flat.

In contrast, when I sought help from a different solicitor for another flat, the entire process took just three weeks with no issues regarding my deposit's source. I provided Taylor Rose with all the necessary evidence, but they were still not satisfied, causing significant emotional distress.

I found their level of support to be lacking, and I would not recommend instructing them. This has been the worst experience I've had with a solicitor. Person dealing with my file was Josh Murhphy.

Terrible Service

We were recommended Taylor Rose through our estate agent and have since informed them that they should avoid them at all costs.
In fairness we had reasonably good contact by an initial admin person who took our details and our payment promptly and then..........................................................................nothing.
After 2 weeks we received an email asking us to reply to an email that we were never sent. When we asked for proof of this email, a PDF arrived with no date or time stamped - which leads us to belief that this email was never sent in the first place!. When we eventually spoke to someone, they were so rude and arrogant. Pointing the finger at everyone but himself.
I know solicitors are known for going painfully slow but Taylor Rose wins that race hands down. We nearly lost our house due to them.

There are so many other helpful companies out there....do you research and avoid Taylor Rose.

We were so pleased with these solicitors. They listened in our time of need and helped us ensure that there was accountability for our loved one, when the worst happened. They were caring and sensitive and represented us well. They responded to our emails promptly and kept in touch appropriately. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you

The whole company's attention to detail is the reason why they need to work on your case. The family and child law division supported me beyond the professional. They advised and guided more broadly, as well as being very diligent and thorough on all the small details, that really mattered. As a result I got the result I believe I deserved.

Could not recommend the company enough.
