Excellent Service by Chris!

Chris has been a breath of fresh air throughout the entire process. He's thorough in his responses and that boosted our confidence in having a glitch-free conveyancing which we had.

I would absolutely love to work with Chris again on future dealings!

Thank you, Chris!

Fantastic service

Lisa Warren has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Despite a very busy time for her with a stamp duty coming shortly, she has still completed a very thorough and diligent job for us in a very quick timescale. Would highly recommend.

Job well done

Word of mouth recommendation to Simon @ Taylor Rose, House moving is a stressful process, Simon simplified, made it bearable & dealt with many issues on my behalf without adding to the stress of it all. He seemed to be ahead of the process with everyone else in the chain, no corners were cut, a very professional service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Kind, caring and very efficient

We can't thank Tracey enough for helping us through a difficult, at times, few months. This is the third time we have used Tracey's expertise within our immediate family for conveyancing and have found on all occasions that Tracey is without doubt a master of her craft. With Tracey you know you can relax and not keep worrying or bothering her for updates which were always given as soon as anything you needed to be told of had happened. If you want peace of mind and to know you would not find better then Tracey is 101% the person to go too. Grateful thanks for another superb house sale and purchase.

Exceptional service

Having sold our house in Oct 24 we employed Charlotte to act on our behalf after reviewing offers from five other companies. Charlotte promised a great service and gave us confidence from the outset. Well, nearly six months on, dealing with a volatile and disruptive chain we are finally exchanged and moving in due course. Throughout this entire process Charlotte has proved responsive, decisive and an absolute pleasure to work with. The service levels are not only beyond any received previously, but beyond our expectations. Unfortunately for all others Charlotte has set the bar a little high. A truly outstanding service and we will defiantly employ her again for any future moves.

Really professional service!

I had the pleasure of Ivayla Seidel as my solicitor during the purchase of my first home and I felt informed and supported throughout the process. Ivayla was very professional and gave me great advice at each step of the way. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, professional and reliable solicitor. Thank you Ivayla.

Pay peanuts...Get monkeys! Absolute rubbish service!

Having been required to use Taylor Rose (a firm unknown to me) by my money lender - althouhgh I paid for the service. I became stuck in a loop with a "case worker" (as though I needed social services rather than legal advice!) who was both a trainee and knew less about law than I do.
4 months of trying to get the firm to appreciate that as I am both the freeholder and the leasee, I do not need to write a Certificate of Compliance to myself!!
Since this rating form only allows you to choose "positive superlatives" - let me advise you here - go elsewhere for any services...do not use-up your time or money with this one!

Efficient and informed conveyancy service

Very pleased with Taylor Rose and the team who supported me - Olivia, Pam and Isa. It was clear in dealing with some of the challneges of my sale and purchase that the other solicitors involved were not as efficient or pragmatic so I'm pleased to say that was not my experience.

A client

I used Harley Sommer at Taylor Rose when I bought my recent property and it was the best decision I could have made. My seller's solicitor was hopeless and despite my house sale going through easily, buying my flat was made incredibly difficult due to the other solicitor's incompetence and complete lack of interest in progressing the sale. Throughout this very stressful process Harley was diligent in chasing them up, and was very clear about what their responsibilities were. He was also massively responsive to my calls and reassured me throughout the process. He was patient and professional and went out of his way to be helpful - and even sent me a card when I finally moved in to my flat! I have recommended him to all my friends and cannot praise him highly enough. A truly 5 star service!

They take an extremely long time and fumble paperwork, delaying deadlines. Would avoid if you’re looking to use them to purchase a home, they will delay until they’re satisfied with the money they make from you. Even if it means you miss the house you’ve put an offer on.
