Above and beyond
Moving house is a very stressful business and we came up against a fair few hurdles, as is to be expected.
Teaghan has always been helpful, switched-on and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure that we understood the process at each and every step and taking on any tasks that she could mitigate for us.
There were a number of delays caused by the solicitors acting on behalf of the other parties and the housing association with a share in the property being sold by us. This meant that the exchange took place less than 24 hours before completion! It was nerve inducing, but we knew that throughout the process Teaghan was always one step ahead of everyone else.
We highly recommend her services. Always polite, personable and positive. We’re very grateful and now adjusting to life in a suitably sized home for our growing family. Thank you :)

Excellent service
We are very pleased by the professional service Teaghan gave us on our recent sale. The costs were competitive and Teaghan replied quickly to any queries we had. Unfortunately our buyers did not receive the same profession service from their solicitor that we had hence the sale was a lot slowly than expected. We would recommend Teaghan and intent to use her in any future house sales.

Highly recommend

Property Sale and Purchase
An extremely swift and efficient service from start to finish. The digital systems used to process the initial application was also seamless.
Teaghan kept us regularly updated throughout our initial sale, and then for the purchase of our next home which took place a few weeks later.

Fantastic experience
I engaged Taylor Rose as conveyancing solicitor on a house purchase, and my solicitor Teaghan was absolutely fantastic. We did not have a simple process, we came close to exchange on a property before the seller pulled out, then we had a last minute change to a property that needed a very quick completion. Throughout Teaghan was responsive, available and extremely efficient in completing the required work. When we finally had an offer accepted on the right property, she was able to go from letters of sale to completion in just 1 month which enabled us to move before our lease ran out. I would highly recommend Teaghan and Taylor Rose, and would not hesitate to use them again for any other legal work.

House purchase
