She is absolutely exceptional, thorough - checking on every possible area of concern and digging for answers when they weren’t always clear or forthcoming; efficient - consolidating all the information we needed and highlighting what was particularly important; and quick to respond - often within minutes of asking a question if have an answer. Excellent solicitor!
Sarah came recommended to us and I now understand why - she is an absolutely outstanding conveyancing solicitor! She managed to seamlessly tie in a simultaneous sale of our family home and purchase of two new properties getting all three across the line even with last minute complications. All throughout she was proactive and responsive, keeping everything moving and very effectively managing agents and solicitors on all three sides. Another reviewer has commented that they felt like they were Sarah’s only client and this felt the same in our case! She was there for us at every turn and was extremely committed to making sure the transactions completed successfully. Superb assistance and support from the very first conversation. A slightly complicated transfer but Sarah walked us through step by step to achieve the outcome in completion of our purchase.

Probate conveyancing
Sarah was an excellent conveyance solicitor for a tricky probate property sale that was not local to the area where the Executors lived. She kept us vendors fully informed at all times and gave constructive advice about some of the finer technical details that emerged. We would definitely recommend her as a solicitor for a probate case, even if the property is not local.

Beyond expectations
Sarah did a fantastic job helping us with the house purchase. She was incredibly knowledgeable and was really patient with us clarifying all the numerous questions we had. We are particularly greatful for helping us to digest the covenants we had, it did took us a while to understand the limitations. On top of that, she was proactive in communication both with us and with the sellers solicitors. We ended up completing in 2 months or a bit less, which we didn't truly believe was possible. I can't recommend her enough.

Brilliant Solicitor!
Sarah stepped in after a difficult start to my sale and managed to resolve a fairly tricky situation within a day. My buyer had insisted that the sale had to move quickly and she was able to get me to exchange within a couple of weeks. She literally moved mountains and made me feel like my transaction was the most important and the only one she was dealing with even though I know she was dealing with many other transactions. My selling agents and the buyer both complimented her too. Could not recommended Sarah enough, the best solicitor I’ve ever come across.

Efficient, professional & communicative
