Sale of property in Ipswich
Tracey was introduced to us by someone who knew her. We found that she was very professional, approachable and especially helpful in selling our property. House sale
From the outset Tracey was professional, knowledgeable and involved in every aspect of the sale. Her guidance and advices were given in a professional manner and all of her guidances were given without the need for clarification or repetition. I would highly recommend Taylor Rose as an appointed solicitor especially Tracey, whose praises cannot be sung high enough.

excellant service
From the start, our Solicitor, Tracey Laflin, was very professional, kind and considerate. She took time in explaining the process of selling the property to my elderly mother, so that she could understand the procedure. She was very efficient, and nothing was too much trouble. She kept us updated all the way via phone or email. Tracey visited us, which was alot better than having to go into an office as the atmosphere was well relaxed. Thank you Tracey for all your work and supporting mum along the way.

Excellent professional customer focused service
Tracey dealt with a probate conveyance and my subsequent conveyance in a professional and personable way, the process was as seamless as these things can be.Definitely would recommend.

Highly recommend
Tracey did an excellent job with my conveyancing. She patiently explained things to me and was always available to speak to or would call back promptly. Tracey was very efficient and I cannot think of one negative thing to say. Kerryanne also played an important and efficient part of the process. Thank you both.

Fantastic experience
This was the second time I used Barr Ellison for conveyancing. I came back to them because they were fantastic the first time, and they were great again. Tracey was approachable, proactive, and knowledgeable. She handled my very unresponsive buyers solicitors well, without her I don't think my sale and purchase would have gone through.
