The worst company you could ever work with. They will never reply

Absolutely wasteful time and 100% irresponsible company. I have 10 weeks waiting just to get a reply to my 15 emails that I’ve sent them. I’ve taken the case to (Law society) because I don’t know what to do

Wonderful solicitor Paul Antoniou

My mother in law is in the early stages of Alzheimer’s and Mr Paul Antoniou has been her solicitor throughout her getting her legal affairs in order (LPOA and will). Her original choice of LPOA was another family member and their relationship has completely and irretrievably broken down , so my mother in law wanted to make out complete new LPOA and will. Paul was absolutely wonderful to us all. He had the most friendly and patient manner when assisting my mother in law through the entire process. He spent an entire hour on a Saturday visiting her and drawing up the necessary documents. As a family we are so thrilled that our mother is now safe, her estate protected and the peace of mind knowing this is invaluable. This is purely down to the wonderful service and manner of Paul Antoniou, her legal affairs couldn’t be in any better hands. He really is an amazing asset to Taylor Rose.

Excellent service by Beverley Porter.

Beverley Porter was instructed to deal with the sale of our house. Throughout the entire process which was stressful at times Bev was reassuring and entirely focussed on getting us to the point of exchange and then completion as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend her. Excellent service. Great communication and client care all round. A credit to Taylor Rose.

Outstanding service.

We engaged Paul A to apply for probate on my mum's estate as we were in the process of selling her flat to pay for her care when she died. It is not cheap and we were somewhat hesitant to do it because of that, but we are extremely thankful we did. Paul got everything sorted and probate granted extremely fast - he absolutely went above and beyond for us at a very difficult time and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Absolutely dreadful

Poor communication, lack of accountability and actively. No response to emails and can’t get hold of them. Always ‘on the other line’. Had to cancel and go with someone else. Was also told she did not have the capacity to deal due to their workload.

Brilliant in every respect

Louise Tunstall was utterly fantastic and I was more than delighted to have her advising me. She gave me precisely the information I required to make what, to me, was a difficult decision. She has the knack of being both respectful and professional, and I consider myself fortunate to have had her, and her company, helping me. Thank you all.

Outstanding

I found myself in a difficult situation and I was in need of advice, guidance, reassurance and support, this was all provided from the first phone contact, through court hearings and to the final email. All correspondence was in a manner that I could understand, that was clear and factual. I was not given false promises or misled on any account. All communication was efficient being in direct communication with my solicitor was prompt with her professional manner and legal knowledge made the situation easier to deal with. She was respectful of my wishes and a pleasure to work with

Excellent service from Louisa Bazett at Taylor Rose MW.

Louisa Bazett at Taylor Rose MW helped me navigate lengthy and complex family court proceedings with great results. Communication from the outset was excellent; I found Louisa to be knowledgeable, always available to explain complex processes in a simple way and she filed all necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Her attention to detail and time management is superb and, despite an undoubtedly busy diary, I never felt neglected. Costings were reasonable and transparent and I felt that Louisa was mindful of budgets and keeping charges to a minimum where possible. Louisa was an excellent conduit between the courts and my legal counsel (barrister), keeping proceedings on track, calmly managing various curve balls and was proactive in ensuring that my case progressed through a heavily backlogged court system. When proceedings were cancelled at short notice, she went out of her way to negotiate a significant reduction in fees. On a personal level I found Louisa to be a pleasant and friendly person, easy to get along with and chat to and she was a reassuring presence throughout; someone who genuinely cared and was trying her hardest to get me the best possible result. An all round positive experience despite it being an arduous process which was largely due to Louisa’s diligent casework. I feel extremely lucky to have had Louisa representing me. I do have the benefit of being able to compare Louisa to other legal representatives and she is the best, I highly recommend her and would definitely seek her services above all else if required in the future.

I used Neil and Maggie for my solicitors when buying my flat in London. Happy with the service. Attentive and they were easy to get in contact with which I heard is the biggest issue in conveyancing.

I have used Taylor Rose, and had the pleasure of dealing with Beverley Porter, for two property sales and one purchase in the last couple of years. With clear, sensible communications, I had complete confidence in Beverley's work on our behalf and all within the fee originally quoted. I will definitely be coming back to Beverley for any future requirements, you are in safe hands here.

I used Taylor Rose Kingston for my first purchase of a property and they were great.
Having no experience of this process, I was guided through the process in a friendly and professional manner by Neil and his team.
When I had questions, the answers were explained in plain English rather than complicated legalese, which I appreciated.
