DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! when they were Simpsons they were great but now they are part of this group they are absolutely horrendous deal with. They employ students who are training, pay them peanuts and their staff turnover is so high as a result. Their response time is shocking and I feel I have been treated absolutely appallingly by them. AVOID!!

Contacted Derby office a week ago as my father in law had passed as we need to know who the executure of his will is. All we are getting is its been passed on and someone will call you. Bills are piling up and as pensioners ourselves we are finding it hard. Also we are being accused by others that we are not doing anything.
