It is often said that people put off doing what is necessary and leave it because they don't want to deal with things like 'Wills' and 'Power of Attorney'. Well, I have arranged both and it feels like a weight has been lifted. We had a teams meeting in person with Christopher Kitson who was on-time, understood our circumstances and wishes, asked very deep questions to ensure his advice was the best it could be. Yes, it's expensive, but so is the cost of NOT having this in place when the final event happens, or happens unexpectedly sooner, the way life can be!! Highly recommended. Thank You

This firm were very very slow in dealing with my late fathers estate. His widow seemed to have to chase them every step just to keep things moving. There was no incentive to get things done, they just didn't really seem to care. I would not recommend this firm.

Well... that was easier than we thought.
Been putting off making wills for years, but finally got around to doing it through the free wills month process.
Met with Lucy from Simpson's solicitors in November, lots of really good practical and friendly advice, with no added pressure or sales tactics.
Good communications in between the first and second meeting (yesterday) for signing, and all is now done and dusted.
Process was relatively straight forward, yes there is legal language, which isnt always the most simple explanation, but strip it back and you see why it is there.
Lucy was friendly and helpful, clear in her explanation of some of the legal terms, and responded promptly to emails.
Happy... yes,.... and would definitely recommend the free wills process and using a solicitor as a route to take if you are still contemplating writing your will.

A very friendly and professional service. This was my first Will as I had been putting off writing one!! I met with Caitlin Williams who answered all my questions and concerns. I received a draft will within days of our first meeting. When I contacted the office about some wording I was unsure of, I spoke to Nicole who was able to reassure me. I would highly recommend them, a great experience all round. Thank you
