Communication extremely poor and were full of excuses. Not taking responsibility and not admitting that they were at fault. They kept informing us that probate would only take 3 - 4 months, it took them 2.5 years.
On several occasions we went down in person to try to get updates/answers but there was no one available or did not respond. Even after delivering (in person) a letter of complaint, no response.
I later found out, 7 months later, that according to RLG the letter had gone to the wrong department and as they did not have my contact details, they could not contact me. I was speechless as my address was on the letter.
Due to extreme loss financially and the extreme stress they had caused, I asked for compensation. The money they offered was an insult.
They state that they are proud to be one of the leading providers in tailor made wills, probate etc and being a dedicated team. It is the opposite. Where is the dedication? Delay and Deny more likely
I wonder if these so called professionals are really qualified solicitors.
