Do not use or recommend. They had stored my Mum's incorrectly and upon retrieval was incomplete and was missing a page. Lengthy delay to probate. Poor and unprofessional communication with lack of call backs during a difficult time. Tried charging extra fees on top. Complaint referred to Ombudsman

Truly disappointed in the lack of response to even the courtesy of a return phone call after my mothers passing - I gave rang 4 times in 3 weeks!shocking lack of service and empathy am definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Simpson's Solicitors in Nailsea, in the writing of my will recently. Melissa was patient, both in explaining everything clearly and in waiting for me to make decisions which were difficult.

We visited Right legal to confirm our wills and to gain information regarding how to arrange for our house to be held in trust, particularly against potential care home fees in the future.
The solicitor we met with put us at our ease, listened to what we were looking for and gave as much information as we required in order to put the necessary things in place.

Visited Charlie at Simpson Solicitors in order to get my Will into place.
He was brilliant from start to finish. He was very understanding to my situation, he communicated very clearly & made the whole process much less daunting than I imagined it would have been.
Very glad it’s all in place now & the process was very simple. Would highly recommend a visit to Charlie or any of the team at Simpson Solicitors.
