I recently attended Simpson Solicitors for a Will Review. The reception staff were warm and friendly. They explained the procedure before I saw Michelle and a colleague.
At the meeting with Michelle she spent time explaining the legalities etc. She was very thorough and not rushing through anything making sure that my wishes were met.
Michelle was warm, friendly and very professional.

Kayleigh wrote our wills and both powers of attorney exactly how we wanted them. She took time to explain everything and gave us the opportunity to ask questions. Great experience with Amy-Louise in sorting out our wills. We did them using Will Aid which mean that Simpsons didn’t get paid anything so we were slightly worried we would get second class service - absolutely not. Everything was turned completed within agreed timescales and amends made swiftly after first draft produced. Highly recommend Amy Louise and Simpsons.
