I have found in the 20 years since I last moved house that the process has become more complicated and stressful. It took 10 months from start to finish.
I have realized that I do not cope well with stress and anxiety over a prolonged period. So it was a relief to deal with Harvinder and her team. They gave timely and appropriate advice and calmly kept me on an even Keel.

The team at Star Legal are all very professional, helpful and approachable including the two ladies on Reception too. They were able to get my Will and both Powers of Attorney sorted for me in my timeframe and quickly and efficiently answered any questions or queries I had. Also very easy to talk to and understand. Would certainly recommend and use them again.

Star Legal in Clevedon made me and my husband instantly at ease when we enquired bout setting up LPAs for us both. Our solicitor, Alice Richards, very calmly and knowledgably explained the whole process to us. It can be surreal anticipating loss of capacity , either mental or physical or both but Alice made us feel very comfortable and safe discussing these eventualities. We are very happy to have Star Legal, Clevedon, in charge of our individual affairs and would recommended their services to everyone.

Darren Burleigh came highly recommended to me by a local solicitor.

I found his professional knowledge and strategy for my case excellent. His collaboration is honest and straightforward. I felt like I was in safe hands.
